Advance of Rs. 3500/-per seat for North India, Rs. 5000/-Per Seat for Island Tours and Rs. 3000/-Per seats for rest of the tours should be paid either by cash or by favouring Namana Tours payable at Mangalore/Bangalore.

Children between 5 & 7 years half charges with out seat & sharing parent’s bed or 80% charge for a seat in the bus with sharing parent’s bed.

SENIOR CITIZEN: Senior Citizen (60 years and above) are eligible for Indian tours (Concession ticket will be booked only on written request, if not train ticket will be booked on full fair). Senior citizens travelling on concession tickets must produce original age proof certificate during train journey to avoid fine (up to 1000/-) from the railway checking officials.

Balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to commencement of the tour by cash or by DD To Mangalore office only or else your seat will be allotted to some other tourist without your consent. Once advance amount paid neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances. If the amount is paid in full cancellation charges as follows:
-20 days prior: 10%
-12 days prior: 75%
Less than 5 days: No Refund
Refund amount will be paid only by A/c payee cheque.
- The tour fare does not including the following:
- Central Government service tax on the total tour fare (Existing rates apply)
- Services / charges not mentioned in the itinerary such as all entrance fee to temples and monuments, coolie, other conveyance other than our vehicle such as Jeep , Boat , Horses, Ponney , Rickshaw,City Bus , Ridding ,Sledge, food during train journey , Mineral water . A/C Room, heater, tips, excess baggage or any other expenses of personal in nature.
- Your choice: For North India Tours, onwards and return journey will be arranged from your place, by train or flight, to our first destination to your choice of place with plus or minus the cost of 2nd sleeper railway fare from Bangalore / Mangalore etc.
- For your convenience, we request you to book North India tour seats at least 2 months advance to enable us to serve you better, for confirmed seats in train.
