TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO BANGALORE JURISDICTION.
NAMANA TRAVELS reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisible or necessary without assigning any reason if the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.

PHOTO ID CARD IS NECESSARY FOR EACH AND EVERY TOURIST

CONFIRMATION OF ANY TOUR WILL BE DONE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL DEPARTURE

Transportation in Group departures will be arranged according to the size of that particular group.

Namana Travels reserves the right to amend the tour itinerary, departure dates, timings and also hotels. Namana Travels accepts no responsibilities/claim for delay or changes in programme, missed connection, train cancellations, political disturbances, strike, natural calamities, injury, death, sickness, accident, theft or any such causes which may occur during the tour and also consequential loss or expenses borne by the guests. However adequate precaution will be taken during the tour by the management and accompanying tour manager.

All contents of Brochure are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure information due to any event beyond our control.

Right to allotment of seats reserved. Company reserves unconditional right to refuse bookings or terminate passengers on tour in the event of unreasonable behavior at any time.

Namana Travels accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections(Flight/Helicopter/Train), strike, weather or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the tourists.

Reservation:
You can reserve your seats at our Head Office, branches or with our agents by paying Draft in favour of Namana Travels, payable at concerned branches in person or by post i.e. Rs. 5,000/- per seat (Rs.10,000/- for North India Tours). We can only accept Registration forms signed, as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms & conditions as mentioned in our brochure

Reconfirmation of seats:
Balance amount to be sent to us so as to reach us on or before,
a) 20 days to the tour commencement date for North India tours.
b) 10 days to the tour commencement date for other tours.

FOR NORTH INDIA TOURS ADVANCE BOOKING SHOULD BE DONE 120DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE IF TRAVELLING BY TRAIN.

Cancellation:
You have the right at any time to cancel the booking but if you do so, must make the cancellation in writing. The cancellation rules behind the provisional receipt will apply
Tours will be confirmed subject to minimum of breakeven points depending to the capacity of the vehicle, otherwise we hold the right to cancel the tour. Cancellation will be informed to you 10 days before the actual departure.

Refund:
If cancellation is made before following days prior to the onward journey excluding date of journey if paid in full,
30 days prior for South India
30 days prior for South India - 70% of tour charges
Less than 5 days for South India
Less than 15 days for North India No refund
Advance/Part payment towards the booking is not refundable. Cancellation & refund rules will also apply to those who have booked the seats less than the above specified period.

Children:
Children above 5 years and below 10 years will be charged 50% of the adult charges without seat, Train/Flight tickets as per the rules of the Railway Dept and Airlines rules are applicable. (Children will be accommodated in the same room along with parents without extra bed.)

Accomodation:
Some of the hotels may be located in the cities, but to provide with comfortable hotels and reasonable prices, it is often necessary to use hotels away from city centers. Families requesting for a Triple / Three bedded rooms will be given depending on the availability in that hotel otherwise they will be provided with extra rollaway bed, which you need to be prepared for having less space in your room.

Single supplement:
This will be applied according to your choice of the tour. Kindly consult the office before booking.

Baggage allowances:
Please bring only limited luggage, one medium sized suitcase per person and one additional hand bag to keep inside the coach. Sleep wear is essential. Do not bring blankets and bedding. Baggages at all times and in all circumstances are the sole responsibility of the passenger

Advance of Rs. 3500/-per seat for North India, Rs. 5000/-Per Seat for Island Tours and Rs. 3000/-Per seats for rest of the tours should be paid either by cash or by favouring Namana Travels payable.
